Nerd Tees is a 'print on demand' business. This means that your order is custom made especially for you. As a result we do not technically offer returns. However we want you to be confident in your first purchase from us.

That's why we offer a 30 day full refund guarantee, but only on your first purchase!

Your business is super important to us, and we want you to feel confident that you won't regret your purchase. If this is your first time ordering from us, we offer a 30 day full refund or exchange guarantee (including shipping costs) should you decide for any reason that you do not like your shirt. This offer only covers your first shirt ordered.

(Top tip: if you're just 'trying us out', order one shirt for now to give you total confidence)

​The following requirements apply:

  • The returned shirt must still have tags, and decals attached and be returned in original packaging

  • The returned shirt must have no visible signs of wear or use and must not have been washed

Unfortunately we will not be able to offer returns or exchanges on any subsequent orders.

Please note that discounted items are however final and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Return Policy When We Screw Up

Accidents do happen and your satisfaction is our top priority.

We will reprint and reship your order if any of the following has occurred:

  1. The printed image is defective or different from what you ordered.

  2. We sent you the wrong colour or size from what you ordered.

  3. Your order was damaged during delivery.


Instructions to Initiate A Return Or Exchange

If any of the above applies to your order, please send an email request for refund or replacement to and we will make arrangements with you for the refund or return and reprinting of your order. Be sure to include the following information:

  • Your order number as on your invoice

  • Any photos of the damaged or defective item

  • Describe the problem with your order to us as clearly as possible
